Pre-requisites¶
Before you install Cygwin Portable on your usb flash drive, you must first install the PortableApps launcher. You can get the latest version at : http://portableapps.com/download.
Warning : We have experienced performance issues while using usb flash drives formatted with either FAT16 or FAT32. We strongly recommend that you use NTFS formatted devices with PortableApps.
